 If you currently have an active web hosting account with PANTHUR e-mail forwarding will not work using this tool, you will need to use forward e-mails by logging into your control panel: http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/ Once logged in click “Forwarders” under the “Mail” tab. Domain names with no hosting attached can use the following method described below to add multiple email forwarders or wildcard email forwarding.
1. Login to the members area here: https://www.panthur.com.au/members/mydomains/
2. Select "Actions" besides the domain name that requires the addition of e-mail forwarding.
3. Select “Email Forwarding”
Basic email forwarding
Prefix: Insert the prefix of the address you would like to forward.
Forward To: The email address you wish to forward to.
Example: In the above diagram we can see that the prefix “admin” @yourdomain.com will forward to email@extension.com. Once changes have been made be sure to click “Save Changes”
Wildcard email forwarding
Wildcard email forwarding will allow you to forward ALL e-mails sent to *@yourdomain.com to a different e-mail address, for example you can setup *@yourdomain.com which will forward all e-mails from admin@yourdomain.com / sales@yourdomain.com / support@yourdomain.com etc.
You can setup wildcard email forwarding by inserting * in the prefix field which then forwards to your desired email address.
